Abstract

The same issue has been dealt by the vicinity of Province of Çanakkale after this study has mentioned about female education in Turkey and other indicators to women. The progress which province of Çanakkale, situated in the northwest of Anatolia, has made has been brought to light in respect of female education and other indicators pertaining to women, and it has been made comparisons with the  averages of the country. After female  education  in Turkey, particularly, has been mentioned from  past up to present, female contribution to the production, their  place in working life and their  fertility speed in our country have been  subject to evaluate. Finally, by dealing with the province of Çanakkale in respect of the criteria mentioned, ıt has been tried to determine in which indicators of Turkey the province takes place.
