Abstract

The genius means that an individual person has a high aptitude physically and intellectually. This is because he/she has an ability to create original works of art. The children having a high musical talent and genius are different from their coevals on account of characteristics such as rhythm tone, charismatic-absolute sense, and strong memory-. Rhythm tone is an indispensable prerequisite for everybody who is interested in music. Nevertheless, without a strong memory-, the exhibition of music will be extremely limited. Fazıl Say, who has such attributes mentioned active, is one of the well-known musicians in the world through the special education that he was awarded by government with a specific statute.

One of the extraordinary talented artists of polyphonic music in Turkey, Fazıl Say has performed recitals and orchestral concerts from inside the country and abroad, and is a composer of a lot of musical works of art through the specific education he had.

Finally, a child who has an extensive musical education, becomes ready to go on artistic education and improves his/her creativity. If a genius person is supported by a high standardized education, it is obvious that high productive musicians will grow up.
