Report file must be uploaded as a supplementary file during the submission process, or
upload here before the review process begins:
Workflow>Submission>Add discussion>[Subject: similarity report] [Upload file]
The similarity percentage must be less than 10%.
The iThenticate or Turnitin, etc. software may be used.
The report should carry the following conditions:
