Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the effect of speaking-up training program prepared for newly graduated nurses according to the ADDIE design model.
Methods: This study was a parallel design, single-blind, randomized controlled trial. The study group was determined as 76 newly graduated nurses (38 experimental and 38 control) by power analysis and considering the possibility of missing data. Nurses who met the inclusion criteria and volunteered to participate in the study were randomly assigned to the study and control groups. The verbalization training program was carried out in three weeks and four sessions. Each session lasted approximately 90 minutes. the CONSORT-Outcomes 2025 will be used as a guide for reporting the study.
Findings: The primary outcome measure of the study was the change in new graduate nurses' employee voice, effective communication skills, and medical error attitudes, and the secondary outcome measure was their evaluation of the disclosure training program. It is planned to [i]examine the changes in the primary and secondary outcome measures of the study and control groups in evaluating the effectiveness of the speaking-up training program.
Conclusion: In order to maintain patient safety, prevent medical errors and combat ineffective communication within the team, there is a need for nurses with high patient advocacy who can voice their concerns among health professionals. The results of this study will examine the impact of a training program on new graduate nurses' employee voice, effective communication skills and medical error attitudes on new graduate nurses' disclosure skills. This study is the first randomized controlled trial to evaluate the effect of speaking-up training program on new graduate nurses. It is thought that the research outputs will guide healthcare professionals and researchers in protecting patient safety and improving speaking up skills.

Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırma, ADDIE tasarım modeline göre ve yeni mezun hemşirelere yönelik hazırlanan dillendirme eğitim programının etkisinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla tasarlanmıştır.
Method: Bu araştırma, paralel desen ve tek kör, randomize kontrollü çalışmadır. Araştırmanın raporlanmasında the CONSORT-Outcomes 2025 rehber olacak kullanılacaktır.
Bulgular: Araştırmanın birincil sonuç ölçütü yeni mezun hemşirelerin çalışan sesliliği, etkili iletişim becerileri, tıbbi hata tutumlarındaki değişim, ikincil sonuç ölçütü ise dillendirme eğitim programına ilişkin değerlendirmeleridir. Dillendirme eğitim programının etkinliğini değerlendirmede çalışma ve kontrol gruplarının birincil ve ikincil sonuç ölçütlerinde değişimlerinin incelenmesi planlanmıştır.
Sonuç: Hasta güvenliğini sürdürmek, tıbbi hataları önlemek ve ekip içinde etkisiz iletişimle mücadele etmek için sağlık profesyonelleri arasında endişelerini dillendirebilecek, hasta savunuculuğu yüksek hemşirelere ihtiyaç vardır. Bu araştırma sonuçları yeni mezun hemşirelerin çalışan sesliliği, etkili iletişim becerileri ve tıbbi hata tutumunun geliştirilmesi ile yeni mezun hemşirelerin dillendirme becerileri üzerindeki etkisini inceleyecektir. Bu çalışmanın, yeni mezun hemşirelere uygulanan ve dillendirme eğitim programının etkisini değerlendiren ilk randomize kontrollü çalışmadır. Araştırma çıktılarının hasta güvenliğini koruma ve dillendirme becerilerini geliştirmede sağlık çalışanlarına ve araştırmacılara rehberlik edeceği düşünülmektedir.
