Abstract

Values of labor and capital in production with Cobb – Douglas production function and values of factor productivity can be determined. With econometric analysis based on data of Ottomans Industry Census in 1913 and 1915; being a production structure of increasing productivity in Ottomans Industry, high level of production as concentrated - technology compared to that periods, and wage that one of the most important discussion subject in relation between labors and employers were drawn conclusions.
